The affable and very good staff with great attitude to guests. Extremely comfy bed in the king room, plus a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and central heating. Beautiful and clean bathroom.

food was fabulous, staff was nice and amicable. had beautiful triple room with electric kettle, a balcony plus fridge. tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge were nice.

The location here is fantastic as it's just a short 5-minute walk to downtown, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Kolsass for one night. The purpose of my stay was to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and go for hikes. The location was perfect, with supermarkets nearby and being within walking distance of the train and bus stations. The room I stayed in was clean and had a spacious balcony, offering a great view of the mountains and green hills. The beds and pillows were comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the small fridge and water cooker in the room, as well as the vendor coffee machine available at the entrance. Lastly, there were several restaurants in the area, providing delicious dining options.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.
